Prenatal Support:

Three in-depth prenatal visits to discuss birth preferences, comfort measures, and answer questions.
Assistance with creating a detailed birth plan

Labor and Birth Support:

On-call availability 24/7 from 37 weeks until the birth.
Continuous support during labor and birth, including emotional, physical, and informational support.
Advocacy for the birth plan with medical staff.
Use of comfort measures and pain management techniques.

Postpartum Support:

Two postpartum visits to discuss the birth experience, provide breastfeeding support, and address any concerns.
Assistance with newborn care and basic postpartum recovery.

Additional Features:

Access to a resource library of educational materials.
Phone and email support throughout pregnancy.

Up to 12 hours of in-home support per week for four weeks.
Guidance on newborn care and routines.
