Zinaya Birthing Co. was born out of a personal experience that changed the course of my life. As a young and expectant mother in college, I was filled with fear and uncertainty. When I was informed that I needed a C-section for my son's birth, I felt uneasy and unsure of what to do next.

To alleviate my concerns, I enrolled in a hypnobirthing class provided by my local Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies Coalition. The instructor's teachings and support were so empowering that I decided to hire her as my doula. She advocated for me throughout my pregnancy and labor, resulting in a natural and intervention-free delivery. I felt incredible after giving birth and recovered within hours.

 

 

This experience transformed my life. I felt a calling to support and empower women in the same way that I was assisted. 11 years later, I gave birth to my second child using the same natural techniques that my clients use, surrounded by a supportive team.
